Remarks The language property can refer to any scripting language. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 ships with scripting engines for JScript and VBScript. In Internet Explorer, the default scripting engine is JScript. In Internet Explorer 5, the LANGUAGE attribute of the script element can be set to XML.
