Fires when the timeline stops on an element.

Event Information
Bubbles No Cancels No To invoke Set the element's end time. The value of the element's end time, which can depend on other elements, determines when the event actually fires. Default action Calls the associated event handler.

Remarks
This event also fires for the element when the endElement method is invoked on it, or in response to other dependencies created by the t:END attribute. The timing of this event is not affected by the t:ENDHOLD attribute. If the t:ENDHOLD attribute is set to true for the element, this event fires when the parent element's timeline completes.
