transitionType Attribute

Sets or retrieves the type of Microsoft?DirectMusic?transition to use between segments.

Possible Values

EndAndIntro Play an end transition from the previously playing primary segment and then an introduction transition from this segment.
Break Play a break transition from the previously playing primary segment.
End Play an end transition from the previously playing primary segment.
Fill Play a fill transition from the previously playing primary segment.
Intro Play an introduction transition from this segment.
None Start the segment without playing a transition.
Regular Play a transition from the previously playing primary segment's regular pattern.

Remarks

On machines with Microsoft DirectX?version 6.1, transitions such as endings and introductions will be played only if another primary segment is currently playing and that segment contains a chord track. This is corrected in DirectX version 7.0 and later.
